My name is Rhonda Cavin

as well as Experiential Life Coach
My goal is to educate others to be able to live their lives in a state of health and to experience freedom in mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about where I am in this amazing journey myself! I am excited to share my knowledge from life experiences as well as years of study and research.
I am aware of the limits of my talents. If I feel that you would benefit from another professional in addition to what I can educate and serve you with, I will refer you to experts within my trusted network to assist in attaining your overall goal.
Some basic SIMPLE things I teach people…
One of the most important things you can do for your health is to DRINK WATER, preferably filtered or spring water. The goal is half of your body weight in ounces per day. If you are drinking liquids other than water, that number increases. Your body needs 4-6 ounces of water per hour, and you CAN do that!
Another key to maximize your health is clean, whole food nutrition which at times needs to be supplemented with a organic food based multi-vitamin/mineral.
I use a variety of health improvement and pain reduction methods including Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy (PEMF) with a PMT-100 machine, Amethyst Infrared Biomat, Far infrared ray (FIR) hothouse domes, Chi energy machine, Muscle Response Testing (MRT), herbology, supplements, basic nutrition, weight loss, and exercise.
Along my journey I have found the following products that I personally use and endorse: doTERRA Essential oils, clean water using CuZn Filtration, Advanced Naturals Probiotics, Intramax Vitamins, & Nutritional Resources Enzymes.
My office is located within A Pathway to Healing (Schnelle and Associates) at
1950 South Glenstone Suite F, Springfield, MO 65804. Message or Text: (417) 812-5868.
